Welcome to InvoisPlus. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our cloud-based invoicing and billing platform, services, and related applications provided through our website.

By registering an account or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Platform refers to the InvoisPlus web-based invoicing system

  • User refers to any individual or business entity registered on the platform

  • Subscription refers to the paid plan selected by the User

  • Services refers to invoicing, billing, reporting, and related features offered by InvoisPlus

3. Account Registration

Users must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities conducted under their account

  • Notify InvoisPlus immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

4. Use of Services

Users agree:

  • To use the platform in compliance with Malaysian laws and regulations

  • Not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with platform functionality

  • Not to upload malicious or unauthorized content

  • Not to use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful transactions

InvoisPlus reserves the right to restrict or terminate service access for violations.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance

  • All payments must be made via authorized third-party payment gateways

  • Subscription plans will automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal date

  • InvoisPlus reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Payment Processing

Payments made through the platform are processed by secure third-party payment gateway providers.

InvoisPlus:

  • Does not store full debit/credit card details

  • Is not responsible for gateway-related processing errors

  • Relies on payment provider authorization for successful transactions

Users agree to provide accurate billing information.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high service uptime; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • System upgrades

  • Technical issues

  • Network or server disruptions

InvoisPlus will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your business and transaction data for operational purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, and content provided on the platform remain the property of InvoisPlus.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for business purposes only.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

InvoisPlus shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential financial losses

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss due to third-party failures

  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

  • Payment gateway service disruptions

Users acknowledge that platform usage is at their own risk.

12. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent activities are detected

  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled

  • Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate action

13. Modifications to Service

InvoisPlus reserves the right to:

  • Modify platform features

  • Update subscription pricing

  • Enhance or discontinue services

Users will be notified of material changes where applicable.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

15. Changes to Terms

InvoisPlus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
